Program Description

The George Street Playhouse Internship & Apprenticeship Programs offer practical experience to bridge the gap between academia and the world of professional theatre. Interns and Apprentices undertake responsibilities as members of the staff, contribute ideas, participate in department and staff meetings, and complete projects under the guidance of their supervisors. Apprenticeships should be regarded as a full-time commitment, and will receive a weekly stipend and a housing allowance. Internships, non-paid, are crafted specific to each department.
