Program Description

Following the third Sunday matinee of each show, the George Street Playhouse presents a panel discussion that examines in depth the issues raised on stage. Panelists range from playwrights, to community professionals, to the artists that create the roles. Each symposium is designed to enhance the overall audience experience by providing varying viewpoints and information that are relevant to the work at the George Street Playhouse. Past guests have included Arthur Laurents, Ken Roy PhD., and Lee Blessing. This series is free of charge and follows the 2:00pm matinee performances of all the main stage shows.
