Program Description
The Arts Council of the Morris Area offers artist residencies that demonstrate how the arts can inspire uniquely creative and meaningful learning experiences for a school community. Artists, principals and teachers collaborate to create an educational experience that transcends the typical classroom experience by exploring mutiple-intelligence, hands-on ways of learning. Students learn to express themselves creatively while teachers are exposed to innovative strategies for implementing the Core Curriculim Content Standards.
