Program Description

Premiere Stages, the professional Equity Theatre Program at Kean University, offers a professional intern program for applicants who have an interest in pursuing a career in theatre arts. The program provides intense on-the-job training, weekly seminars, professional field trips, understudy opportunities and membership in the Equity Membership Candidacy Program (when applicable). The intern pool is comprised of primarily college students and second career oriented individuals; part-time internships may also be available to high school students. Internships are offered in numerous categories.
